SEBASTIAN WHITTAKER AND THE CREATORS		

PRODUCTION AND TECHNICAL ADDENDUM

PRESENTER SHALL PROVIDE AT NO COST TO THE PRODUCER (SEBASTIAN WHITTAKER AND THE CREATORS):

TRANSPORTATION		

1) Flights: From a location to be specified by Producer 
Domestic - 7 Coach Class tickets
International - 7 Business Class tickets

2) Local Ground Transportation:
Airport Round Trip  -  Pick up at airport on arrival and return to airport for departure
(a) one cargo van for luggage and equipment
(b) one passenger van for band and staff
Between Hotel and Venue -  For Sound Check and Performance
(a) one cargo van for equipment
(b) one passenger van for band and staff
For Educational Activities  - Lectures, Workshops, Clinics, MasterClasses 
(a) all necessary vehicles for musicians and equipment as specified by Producer 

In the event these vehicles are not provided as specified above or they are not 
at the airport within twenty minutes of Producer's arrival, Producer will rent 
or hire the necessary vehicles at the Presenter's sole expense.

ACCOMMODATIONS		

One large suite and six large single rooms in a deluxe hotel (Hyatt Regency or equivalent).
The large suite, (for Mr. Whittaker), must have a grand or upright piano, tuned before
Mr. Whittaker's arrival at the hotel.

Presenter must pay, in advance, all hotel room and tax charges. Producer shall be responsible 
for all incidental charges including food, movies, phone calls and laundry. 
Accommodations arranged by the Presenter must be approved by the Producer.

HOSPITALITY		

1) Dressing Rooms - at venue
Safe, comfortable, private dressing rooms for use by 6 people. The rooms are to be 
clean, dry, well-lighted and heated or air-conditioned as the weather requires. 
They are to be made available to Producers representatives upon their arrival, 
and are to remain available to Producer and their staff until two hours after end 
of the performance. Presenter shall be responsible for the security of the dressing 
room area and shall keep all unauthorized persons from entering the area. In addition, 
these rooms must be capable of being locked, and the keys made available to the 
Producer's representatives. These rooms must also be provided with an iron and 
ironing board. In addition:
(a) fresh fruit, coffee, tea, juice, soda, bottled water, 
in sufficient quantities for 6 people 
(b) 1 dozen hand towels
(c) utensils, cups, glasses, napkins etc. for 6 people

2) Catering - at venue
One hot meal for seven people. Fresh high-quality foods are a must. 
Fast foods are not acceptable! 
Sample menu:
Soup and mixed green salad
Main course (chicken, seafood or beef with fresh vegetables)  
Dessert with tea and coffee 
Producer''s representative will advance with Presenter regarding where and when meal 
is to be served.

STAGING		

Acoustic Grand Piano tuned to A440 prior to sound check and performance. The cost of tuning 
the piano will be solely covered by the Presenter, with the piano tuner available at the sound check.
A stage for performance which must be a minimum of thirty feet deep from front to back, 
and thirty feet wide from left to right. The stage must be flat smooth and stable, 
and covered for out-door performances. Fresh drinking water (small bottles), must be 
provided at each performer position on stage.

SOUND REINFORCEMENT		

A state of the art sound augmentation system that contains a 40 channel main console 
with 8 sub-groups output, and 8 aux sends. A Yamaha PM 4000 or PM 3500 console is preferred.
This system should contain 8 channels of limiting and 2 stereo/mono reverb units. 
The system must be able to insure full audio coverage while conveying nuance and 
detail to all seated areas.

ADDITIONAL NOTES		

1) Presenter shall not allow audience to enter place of performance until technical 
setup has been completed. Every effort will be made to see that this is completed 
one hour prior to start of performance. House will not be opened until cleared by 
Producers representative.
2) No pre-performance music shall be played other than Producer's own choice of music.
3) Producer's representative shall have the sole and absolute authority in mixing 
and controlling all sound equipment with which Mr. Whittaker performs.
4) Producer shall have exclusive control over production, presentation and performance 
of the engagement includingstaging, sound and lighting. 
5) Presenter shall provide at his sole cost and expense, all staff required - whether 
or not required by local union agreements - to accomplish load-in, set-up, 
performance and strike of the production .

nor the artist are contractually restricted to the terms within.
